What is Green tea?
Green tea, also known as non-fermented tea is made by fixing, rolling, drying and other typical process. The color of dry tea and tea soup after brewing are both green, hence call “green tea”. Characteristics of Green tea, retained more of the natural substances in the fresh leaves. Polyphenols, caffeine retained more than 85% of the fresh leaves, chlorophyll retained about 50% less vitamin loss,
Why drinking Green tea?
Modern science and extensive research confirmed that the tea does contain biochemical substances closely related to human health, tea is not only refreshing and pure heart, digestion, weight loss, detoxification,dehumidification, and other pharmacological effects, also good for the modern diseases, such as radiation sickness, cardiovascular diseases, cancer and other diseases. The main components of Green tea which has pharmacological effects are polyphenols, caffeine, lipopolysaccharide, Theanine and so on.
